二、秸秆拆解揉丝机的工作原理：

拆解揉丝机原理是利用锤片的击打、推揉力量将竹片、木片、稻草、麦草、芦苇等原料拆解、分丝细化的设备。锤片安装在中间传动的转子上，转子高速旋转产生的离心力让锤片向四周辐射张开，产生强烈带柔和的击打揉搓力量，配合设备内部类似于搓衣板的衬板反揉搓作用将原料击打撕裂分丝。设备下半部是过滤筛板，出料大小、细度由筛板孔径的大小来控制。网孔大则出料粗，网孔小则出料细。用于草料揉丝时需要配置高压引风机引力出料，防止物料被揉搓时间过长损伤纤维。配和拉料风机加快出料速度，降低设备内部温度。
